Donald Stein

Owner and Director of LUV Tennis

Donald is a native Houstonian and RSPA Certified Tennis Professional who has coached and directed tennis programs and leagues in the Cypress/CyFair area since 2007. His coaching emphasizes strong fundamentals, discipline, work ethic, and personal development through tennis.


A former player at St. Thomas High School and Houston Baptist University, Donald continues to compete in USTA tournaments. His coaching achievements include three Junior Team Tennis (JTT) State Sectionals finalist appearances, multiple ladies league championships, and coaching numerous players who have gone on to compete at the collegiate level. He was also trained by former Wimbledon, Junior Davis Cup, and University of Houston ATP coach Bill Glaves, including Bill’s doubles strategy, “The Wall.”


Off the court, Donald is passionate about fitness, Houston sports, and music as a guitarist, bassist, and composer.
